Al ver que el producto no llegaba, y que yo no había recibido comunicación sobre el estado del envío, inicié un rastreo. Encontré el producto reportado como dañado en West Palm Beach. Al parecer, ninguna acción había sido tomada por parte del transportador para comunicarse conmigo o con Lyre’s para reponer el producto. Cuándo me comuniqué directamente con Lyre’s, para informarles sobre lo que había descubierto, el servicio fue responsable y cordial.
