Lyre’s partnership with the McGrath Foundation

The team at Lyre’s are tickled pink about our partnership with the amazing McGrath Foundation. In fact, we feel that rosy about it, we’re donating 10% of sales from our Pink London Spirit to the foundation, permanently.

Scroll on to learn more about this inspiring charity, the difference they’re making to families across Australia, and how, by sipping on our Pink London Spirit, you can make a difference too.

Who is the McGrath Foundation?

They’re a charity that raises money to fund McGrath Breast Care Nurses across Australia. These nurses provide invaluable support to women and men experiencing breast cancer in communities right throughout the country.

Specially trained and experienced, McGrath nurses provide physical, psychological and emotional support and care to patients and their families – for free, and with no referral.

Their support is massively improving the quality-of-care people receive and importantly, it helps create invaluable time in people’s lives not defined by breast cancer.

McGrath Foundation’s impact so far…

  • 193 McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities across Australia.
  • 118,000 families have been supported since 2005.
  • 253422 hours of McGrath Breast Care nursing for individuals and their families last year.

Our partnership

We’ve been a proud partner of the McGrath Foundation since early 2022. At the same time, we dropped our non-alcoholic Pink London Spirit and announced that 10% of all sales would be donated to the foundation.

Since then, we’ve been part of all sorts of initiatives to support McGrath including luncheons at Australia’s premier racing carnivals, Dry July drive home degustation dinners and the 2022 Vodafone Ashes Pink Test, where, on day 3 of the test, 100% of sales for Pink London Spirit went directly to the McGrath Foundation.

We’ll continue to donate 10% of full priced Pink London Spirit 700ml & 200ml throughout 2023 and beyond.

How can you help?

By sipping on Pink London Spirit – the prefect non-alcoholic alternative to pink gin, you can join us in making a difference to people living with breast cancer right across Australia.

For every bottle you buy, 10% goes directly to the foundation - permanently.
