For a Classic Pink Cosmopolitan, shake 45mL Pink London, 15mL Orange Sec, 15mL lime juice, 30mL cranberry juice, 7.5mL strawberry syrup and lemon twist (place inside shaker - optional) with ice. Fine strain and serve with a lemon twist garnish

The mouthfeel is fragrant and rich in flavour whilst the palate length continues with a floral rose petal like aroma.The presence of juniper delivers a generous gin focused finish.

Bouquet: Rich scents of red fruits such as raspberry, strawberry & red currant on the nose with an alluring rosehip character to add complexity. The presence of juniper complete the Pink Gin experience.

Lyre's Orange Sec:The balance between the freshness of orange and its natural sweetness fills the palate with wonderful aromatics delivering a generous soft finish. A very appealing liqueur with a distinctive flavour.
