Lyre's Aperitif Fizz

This is a real treat with the Juniper notes of Lyre’s Dry London Spirit and the blood orange and citrus of the Italian Orange. The orchard fruit notes of Classico Grande work to give this drink some length, complexity and contribute to the foam.
Ingredients
- 25ml Lyre’s Dry London Spirit
- 25ml Lyre’s Italian Orange
- 30ml Simple syrup
- 15ml Lime juice
- 15ml Lemon juice
- Egg white or alternative foamer

Lyre’s Classico Grande
Method
Add all ingredients except Classico. Dry shake. Add ice and shake again (when you think it’s done shake for slightly longer.) Pour Classico into a chilled glass. Top with Aperitif mix.
