Spritz Ice Pops

These non-alcoholic spritz ice pops are your go-to zero proof cocktail popsicles, made with Lyre’s Italian Orange and Amalfi Spritz. They're vibrant, bittersweet, and totally buzz-free. Ingredients
- 120mL Lyre's Italian Orange
- 1 Can Amalfi Spritz
- 60mL Orange Juice
- orange slices
Method
Combine Lyre’s Italian Orange and orange juice in a jug and stir. Pour the mix into your ice pop moulds, filling them about three-quarters full. Top each with Lyre’s Amalfi Spritz, then drop in a slice of orange for extra colour (optional). Insert sticks and freeze overnight. Run under warm water to release and enjoy your alcohol-free spritz pops!
