Ingredients

90 mL Lyre’s Classico Rosé
45 mL Lyre’s Dry London Spirit
15 mL fresh lemon juice
10 mL simple syrup
Lemon twist, to garnish

Method

Shake Lyre’s Dry London Spirit/Gin Alternative, lemon juice & simple syrup with ice. Strain into a flute, top with Lyre’s Classico Rosé, and garnish with a lemon twist.
