Lyre’s Coffee Originale Collins

Ingredients
- 45mL Lyre's Coffee Originale
- 30mL lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 12.5mL sugar syrup
- 60mL premium bottled tonic water
Method
Shake Coffee Originale, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Strain into ice filled glass. Top with soda. Garnish with lemon slice and a maraschino cherry.
