For a Classic Margarita, shake 45mL Agave Blanco, 15mL Orange Sec, 30mL lime juice, 7.5mL white sugar syrup and 1 dash orange bitters (optional) with ice. Serve in a salt-rimmed glass with a lime wedge.

Agave Blanco Spirit: Rich and full of character. Expressions of citrus, roasted agave and peppery spice dance around the mouth. The pepper rushes through to create a mouth watering finish.

Bouquet: A distinct and complex bouquet. Aromas of lemon, saline, agave, chamomile and pine. The earthy tones and a Sichuan pepper like spice lift from the glass with the promise of good times.

Orange Sec:The balance between the freshness of orange and its natural sweetness fills the palate with wonderful aromatics delivering a generous soft finish. A very appealing liqueur with a distinctive flavour.

Bouquet: Classic scents of sweet and bitter orange with subtle hints of jaffa and mint.
