Autumn. Coffee. Pumpkin Spice. Let’s raise a glass to a non-alcoholic cocktail that celebrates ALL. THE. THINGS.

Ingredients

• 60mL Lyre’s Coffee Originale
• 15mL Lyre’s White Cane Spirit
• 1 tsp @ravensoriginal Mulling Spice
• 1/2 tbsp @ravensoriginal Pumpkin Butter
• 45mL Espresso (or 60mL of strong coffee)
• 1/2 tbsp creamer

To adjust the sweetness you can add more ice to your cocktail shaker and shake longer.

FOR A LOWER ALCOHOL OPTION, REPLACE 15ML OF WHITE CANE SPIRIT WITH 15ML WHITE RUM OR VODKA OF YOUR CHOICE.

Method

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, shake, shake. Strain and pour

Glass

A chilled martini glass or coupe.

Garnish

Top with a few espresso beans — and enjoy!
