Ingredients
- 60mL Lyre's Agave Blanco Spirit
- 90mL Lyre's Classico
- 30mL Blackberry Purée
- 7mL Ginger Syrup
- 7mL Lime Juice
Method
Combine Lyre's Agave Blanco Spirit, Blackberry Puree, Ginger Syrup and Lime Juice in a highball glass. Shake to mix. Pack the glass with crushed or pebble ice. Top up with Lyre's Classico. Garnish with mint sprig and a lime wedge.
