Margarita Day Spin to Win (USA only)

Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of participation. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period: The Promotion ends at 11:59pm PST 22nd February 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion at its sole discretion.

How to Participate: During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may visit lyres.com and engage with the Spin to Win promotional feature. Limit one (1) spin per person/email address/household during the Promotion Period. The spin mechanism randomly allocates one promotional reward from the available reward pool at the time of participation. No purchase is required to spin.

Rewards: Each participant will receive one of the following promotional rewards:

• 50% off selected Margarita cases
• 25% off selected Ready-to-Drink Margarita sets
• One (1) complimentary 4-pack with qualifying purchase

Rewards are issued in the form of a promotional code or, in the case of the free 4-pack, automatically added to cart. Actual retail value will vary depending on product selection. Rewards are randomly allocated. Allocation ratios are determined solely by Sponsor.

Reward Conditions: Promotional codes must be redeemed before the expiration date provided. Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Discounts apply to merchandise only and exclude taxes and shipping unless otherwise specified. Codes may not be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated. Complimentary 4-pack requires qualifying purchase as described in the reward notification. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Odds: Odds of receiving a particular reward depend on the number of rewards remaining at the time of participation and the allocation ratios established by Sponsor.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Technical failures of any kind
• Incomplete or lost entries
• Website downtime
• Unauthorized intervention

Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any reward.

Governing Law: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Sponsor is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to availability while stocks last. Lyre’s Spirit Co. reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

US: Free Fizz Stopper (US only)

Free Fizz Stopper Terms & Conditions: Receive a free Lyre’s Fizz Stopper with qualifying purchases of Lyre's Classico Rosé Duo set. Limit of one free gift per customer. The free gift is automatically added to eligible orders while stocks last. Offer valid until February 14 2026, until 11:59pm in the recipient's local timezone or until stocks last. Offer is available online only and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or credit. If items from the qualifying order are returned, the free gift must also be returned in its original condition or the value will be deducted from the refund.

New Customer Welcome Offer

Offer details: Enjoy 10% off your first purchase when you sign up to receive our newsletter.

Eligibility: Offer is valid for new customers making their first purchase at Lyres.com and applies to full-priced items only.

Exclusions: Code cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers, including gift cards, limited-edition products, and sale items.

Validity: Code is valid for one use per customer and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

TopUp Codes – Replenishment Discount

Offer details: Returning customers can enjoy a 10% discount on their next purchase when they use their unique TopUp code, automatically generated and valid for 30 days after their previous purchase.

Eligibility: The TopUp code is offered exclusively to existing customers as part of our replenishment offer.

Exclusions: The TopUp code is not valid with any other discounts, offers, or promotions, including sale items or gift cards.

Validity: The TopUp code is valid for a single use and expires 30 days after being issued. It cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Craft Your Own Set Offer

Offer details: The Craft Your Own Set offer applies only to eligible Lyre’s 700ml bottles on Lyres.com and participating regions.

Discount structure: Save 5% when you purchase 2 bottles, 10% when you purchase 3 bottles, and 15% when you purchase 6 bottles.

Eligibility: Only Lyre’s 700ml bottles listed within the Craft Your Own Set collection are eligible. This offer does not apply to gift packs, RTDs, or any other products outside of the selected 700ml bottles.

Non-stackable promotion: This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or codes, including subscription discounts or seasonal sales.

Returns & exchanges: If any item purchased as part of the Craft Your Own Set is returned, the refunded amount will reflect the adjusted discount applied. All returns are subject to Lyre’s standard return policy.

Loyalty Points Promotions

Offer details: From time to time, customers may earn bonus loyalty points on eligible purchases at Lyres.com during specific promotional windows. Details of qualifying products and dates will be published in email newsletters.

Eligibility: You must be logged into your Lyre’s account at checkout to earn points. Points will be applied once your order is fulfilled. Offers cannot be combined with other loyalty promotions unless explicitly stated. Lyre’s reserves the right to modify or end any loyalty points promotion at any time.

Exclusions: Loyalty points promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, or offers.

Non-retroactive: Discounts or bonus points cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases made before the promotional period.

Duration: Specific start and end dates and times will be displayed on the relevant email newsletters or campaign pages.

Stock availability: All items are subject to availability and quantities may be limited. Discounts and promotions are applied on a first-come, first-served basis.

Returns & exchanges: Items purchased during the promotional period are subject to Lyre’s standard return and exchange policy. Loyalty points earned on refunded items will be deducted from your account when a refund is processed.
