Ingredients
- 1 oz Lyre's Dry London Spirit
- 1 oz Lyre's Italian Orange
- 0.24 oz Lyre's Amaretti
- 0.24 oz Passionfruit Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Lyre's Classico
Method
Build by combining Lyre’s Dry London Spirit. Lyre's Italian Orange, Lyre’s Amaretti, passionfruit syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker set with ice. Shake to combine. Strain the contents of the shaker into a Collins glass (no ice). Top up with Lyre’s Classico.
