Lyre's Mai Tai
Created at Trader Vic's, the Great Granddaddy of Tiki Bars - the Mai Tai is the rum-based, fruity favourite of hornswogglers, deck swabbers and scurvy dogs from all four corners of the globe.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Lyre's Dark Cane Spirit
- 1 oz Lyre's White Cane Spirit
- 1 oz Lyre's Orange Sec
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.25 oz premium almond syrup
- 0.25 oz white sugar syrup (1:1)
Method
Shake briefly, strain into glass, top with fresh ice.
