Ingredients
- 60mLLyre's American Malt
- 60mLLyre's Classico
- 30mL Simple Syrup
- 45mL Lemon Juice
Method
Combine Lyre's American Malt, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup in a shaker with 1-2 pieces of ice. Shake to mix. Strain into a Collin's glass over fresh ice. Top up with Lyre's Classico. Garnish with razor thin lemon wheels.
