Ingredients

3 oz Lyre’s Classico Rosé
1 1/2 oz Lyre’s Gin Alternative
15 mL fresh lemon juice
10 mL simple syrup
Lemon twist, to garnish

Method

Shake Lyre’s Gin Alternative, lemon juice & simple syrup with ice. Strain into a flute, top with Lyre’s Classico Rosé, and garnish with a lemon twist.
