Ingredients
- 1 oz Lyre's Pink London Spirit
- 0.5 oz Lyre's Italian Spritz
- 3 oz Lyre's Classico
- 0.5 oz Passionfruit Purée
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.24 oz Vanilla Syrup
Method
Combine Lyre's Pink London Spirit, Lyre's Italian Spritz, Passionfruit Puree, Lime Juice and Vanilla Syrup in a shaker with 3-4 ice cubes. Shake to mix and chill. Strain the mix into a Collin's glass over fresh ice. Top up with Lyre's Classico. Garnish with pink peppercorns
