Lyre's Cucumber and Basil Margarita Fizz Twist

Fresh, green and a little bit lucky. This Cucumber and Basil Margarita Twist brings garden-fresh vibes to your St Patrick’s Day celebrations. Zesty lime, cooling cucumber and lively basil, all topped with Lyre’s Margarita. All the festive spirit, none of the morning-after mischief.

Ingredients

8.45 oz (1 can) Lyre's Margarita
3-4 thick slices of cucumber
5-6 fresh basil leaves
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup

Method

Muddle cucumber and basil gently in a shaker. Add lime juice and simple syrup with ice. Shake briefly to chill. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top with Lyre’s Margarita and stir gently.
