Lyre's Crimson Cauldron
A warming Halloween cocktail combining tart cranberry, rich maple and the almond notes of Lyre’s Amaretti, finished with fresh lemon and cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Lyre’s Amaretti
- 4 oz cranberry juice
- 0.5 oz pure maple syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Method
Add the cranberry juice, maple syrup and lemon juice to a small saucepan and warm gently over low heat. Once hot, remove from the heat and stir in Lyre’s Amaretti. Pour into a heat-safe mug or toddy glass and serve warm.
