Ingredients

• 60mL Lyre’s American Malt
• 60mL Cloudy Apple Cider/Juice
• 15mL Lemon Juice
• 7mL Cinnamon Honey Syrup
• 1 dash of All The Bitter

For a Chilled Sip
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with one ice cube. Give it a quick shake to chill, then strain into an old-fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel and a toasted, smoldering cinnamon stick for that extra flair.

For a Warm Embrace
In a toddy mug, combine Lyre’s American Malt, lemon juice, aromatic bitters, and cinnamon honey syrup. Gently pour hot apple cider over the mixture and stir.
