Our official website is lyres.com, including its regional UK, Australian and European versions. You can also find authorised retailers through our store locator.

If you have already made a purchase or entered payment information on a fraudulent website:

- Contact your bank or card provider immediately and explain that your details may have been provided to a fraudulent merchant.

- Monitor your account and follow your provider’s advice about blocking or replacing your card.

- Change any password you created on the site, particularly if you have used the same password elsewhere.

- Report the website to the relevant fraud or cybercrime authority in your country.

- Contact our Customer Care team with any correspondence, order details or screenshots so these can be added to our investigation. Please do not send us any payment-card information.
