1. What Inspired Your Journey into Wellness and Mindfulness?

Life itself. Navigating the ups and downs of my acting career taught me how important it is to stay grounded. As an actor, you face constant change, rejection, and uncertainty, and it can feel like you're always chasing the next big opportunity. I noticed that even during the highs—when I would book a job big enough for people to say, “You’ve made it”—I still didn’t feel like I had. How many of us ever truly feel like we’ve made it?

We have a habit of constantly reaching for what’s next, rarely stopping to appreciate where we are. Wellness and mindfulness became my way of breaking that cycle—of showing up for myself every day and embracing the journey. Over time, this evolved into Make It Til You Make It—a philosophy about celebrating the small wins, living authentically, and trusting that every step matters. It’s a mindset that feels perfectly aligned with Lyre’s mission of encouraging intentional, mindful living.


2. Can You Tell Us More About the Concept of Make It Til You Make It?

Make It Til You Make It is about embracing the journey and letting go of the pressure to have everything figured out. It’s rooted in the idea that small, intentional steps lead to meaningful progress. Over time, it’s become more than just a mindset for me—it’s now a movement that I share with others through the content I create and the events I host, like wellness classes, social mixers, and retreats. It’s all about showing up authentically, building community, and reminding ourselves that the journey is the destination. I hope to inspire others to find joy in their own process, one intentional step at a time.


3. If You Could Describe Yourself in Three Words, What Would They Be?

Curious, creative, and collaborative—qualities that fuel my passion for acting, storytelling, and building spaces for connection and growth.

Seat of the Soul by Gary Zukav—it’s a thought-provoking dive into purpose and connection.


5. Do You Have a Favorite Non-Alcoholic Cocktail or Go-To Lyre’s Drink

I love a French 75! Lyre’s Classico and Dry London Spirit make it pop—refreshing, elegant, and perfect for celebrating a win or winding down after a long day.


6. What’s One Wellness Tip You Swear By?

Do the hard thing first. As a recovering perfectionist turned “action-ist” (aka avid procrastinator), I’ve learned that tackling the most challenging tasks upfront clears your mind and builds momentum. Progress doesn’t require perfection—just consistent, intentional action.


7. If You Could Live Anywhere in the World, Where Would It Be?

I feel like I’m still figuring it out! I love to travel and immerse myself in new cultures, often staying in a place for a few months at a time. So far, Tulum and London are high on my list.


8. What’s Your Favorite Mantra or Motivational Quote?

“This is it, and this is enough.”

It’s a grounding reminder to fully embrace the present moment and resist the urge to wish it were different.
