Made with Lyre's Gin Alternative, lychee and lemon, the Lychee Martini combines delicate fruit notes with fresh citrus for a floral, refreshing serve.

Clover Club

Lyre's Gin Alternative, raspberry and lemon come together in this classic cocktail, finished with velvet foam for a smooth, silky presentation.

Strawberry Margarita

Featuring Lyre's Tequila Alternative, strawberry, lime and agave, the Strawberry Margarita brings together bright fruit and citrus flavours, finished with strawberry foam.

Espresso Martini

Lyre's Coffee Liqueur Alternative combines with espresso, vanilla and aromatic bitters for a rich, coffee-led cocktail with a smooth finish.

Amaretto Sour

Made with Lyre's Amaretti, passion fruit and lemon, Arden's Amaretto Sour combines almond character with tropical fruit and fresh citrus, finished with velvet foam.

Alongside the six cocktails, Lyre's Classico has joined Arden's non-alcoholic offering. The sparkling serve features in the Arden Spritz, complementing the citrus character of Lyre's Italian Orange.

With its crisp, refreshing profile and delicate bubbles, Classico adds another dimension to the venue's non-alcoholic cocktail selection.

A Marie Antoinette-Inspired Evening at Arden

To mark the new menu, Arden scheduled a Marie Antoinette Girl Dinner for Thursday, October 8, 2026. The event featured a themed cocktail experience, with promotional hosts offering guests samples of Lyre's non-alcoholic cocktails.

Guests were also invited to enjoy full-size Lyre's cocktails for $10 during the evening, alongside a specially advertised $25 Girl Dinner food menu.

The event brought a playful, theatrical theme to the launch of Arden's new cocktail offering.
