- 1 oz Lyre's Italian Spritz
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Egg White / Aqua Faba or Foaming Agent
- 0.25 oz Sugar Syrup (optional)
Method
Dry Shake briefly, add ice, shake, double train into glass
