INGREDIENTS
• 2oz Lyre’s Spiced Cane
• .75oz lime juice
• .75oz simple syrup
• Half cup cubed granny smith or honey crisp apple (skin removed)
• 12-15 mint leaves
• 1.5oz Soda water
• 1.5 oz Ginger beer
METHOD
Muddle apple cubes and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Add Lyre’s Spiced Cane, lime juice, mint, and ice, and shake to incorporate. Top with soda and ginger beer, adding more ice if needed. Garnish with a sprig of mint, apple slices, and a cinnamon stick.
