Lyre's Mint Julep

Ingredients
- 2 oz Lyre's American Malt
- 0.3 oz white sugar syrup (1:1)
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
- Mint Sprig, for garnish
Method
Place the mint leaves and simple syrup into a julep cup, collins glass, or double old-fashioned glass. Add the Lyre’s American Malt.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir well until the glass becomes frosty.
