Lyre's Clarified Pandan Colada
A tropical twist with a Southeast Asian flair. Creamy yet refreshing, this non-alcoholic Pandan cocktail balances the smooth, rum-like notes of Lyre’s White Cane Spirit with fragrant pandan, tangy pineapple, and zesty lime. Coconut water and full cream milk add a luscious, silky body, while pandan syrup layers in a subtle nutty-vanilla aroma. A vibrant reimagination of the classic Colada. Exotic, creamy, and utterly refreshing.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Lyre's White Cane Spirit
- 1 oz fresh young coconut water
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz pandan syrup
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 1 oz full cream milk
Method
Batch all ingredients except milk and Lyre's White Cane. Pour batched mix over milk and leave to sit for 15min. Filter mixture through cheesecloth or coffee filter twice. Pour over ice, add Lyre's White Cane, stir, garnish and serve.
