Lyre's Blackberry Smash
The Lyre's Blackberry Smash is one seriously good summer cocktail. This drink is riff on a Julep, and it's loaded with fresh blackberries, fragrant mint and American Malt. This is a perfect way for whiskey lover to loosen up after a long day. Bottoms up!
Ingredients
- 60mLLyre's American Malt
- 15mL lime juice
- 15mL white sugar syrup (1:1)
- 4 blackberries
- 8 mint leaves
Method
Muddle blackberries and mint with sugar syrup in shaker. Add all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into glass over fresh ice.
