Lyre's Pom-Mandarin Autumn Spritz
“Spritz Season” doesn’t have to end in summer. For autumn flare, you can marry citrus with fall flavors (pear, pomegranate, apple, cranberry) and “pumpkinize” your garnishes and glassware. For this recipe, @onthemocks used a pumpkin-shaped ice mold and added edible glitter before pouring in Mandarin juice.
Ingredients
- 60mL Lyre's Italian Spritz
- 60mL Lyres Classico (a homage to sparkling wine)
- 315mL bottle Mandarin juice (to make the ice)
- 20mL Pomegranate Juice
- Edible glitter (clear, gold or orange)
Method
Start by pouring Mandarin juice into your ice tray or mold and freeze overnight. For the mocktail, combine the pomegranate juice with Lyre's Italian Spritz and Lyres Classico. Your festive ice is your garnish. Cheers!
