When will I get my order?
We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. Please allow 3-10 business days to receive your order. Your order may take up to 4 days to be dispatched. We cannot guarantee or provide a specific day of the week or time of day for delivery. *Please note that if your order contains more than 2 items, it may be shipped in multiple packages and arrive at different times.
What does shipping cost?
Australia: We deliver Australia-wide for $10 AUD shipping. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75 AUD.
New Zealand: Domestic delivery is available for $10 NZD shipping, with free shipping on orders over $75 NZD.
Europe: We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Ireland, and Switzerland. Free shipping is available to most European destinations for orders over €45 EUR; otherwise, shipping is €10 EUR.
USA: Shipping on orders of $60 USD or more is free in the U.S. (standard shipping only). For orders under $60 USD, shipping is $10 USD across North America.
Please note we are unable to offer free shipping to Alaska & Hawaii for orders over US$60; a flat fee of US$20, will be charged at checkout.
Express Shipping: An Express shipping option is available in the USA and Australia for a flat $20 fee.
What if I need to change my order?
We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. Orders are processed quickly, so if you need to cancel your order, please contact customer care immediately. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot cancel orders once they have shipped. See returns and exchanges for more information on returning products.
Can I track my order?
Please contact Customer Care with your order number if you wish to track your order. You can also find your order number on the “My Orders” page of your account.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Spirits as much as we do. If you require a return, refund, or exchange, you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following:
If the product is unused, we’ll offer an exchange (for incorrect items) or refund in full using the original payment method. Returned products must be shipped via a tracked service at the customer’s expense.
If the product is opened or partially consumed, no refund or exchange can be provided.
Gift vouchers and promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact Customer Care, and we’ll do our best to assist.
How do I return an order?
Please get in touch with our Customer Care team and they'll guide you through the process. Please provide your order number, full name, and contact details.
When can I expect my refund or exchange?
Refunds and exchanges typically take 3-5 business days to process once we receive the returned product. Please allow 3-10 business days for exchange deliveries or 7-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account. Delays in processing may occur if additional information is required. Ensure that you provide a tracking number when returning products.
What if my product is incorrect or damaged?
Please reach out to our Customer Care within 7 days of purchase, providing your order number, full name, contact information, and details of the incorrect or damaged product. Photos of the damage may be required for our investigation.
