You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 USD spent on lyres.com. Points are awarded after your order is fulfilled (shipped).
Do I earn points on taxes or shipping costs?
No — points are earned on product value only. Taxes and shipping are excluded.
I’m shopping from Australia/UK/Europe/NZ — how does the points system work in my currency?
All points and rewards are calculated in USD. Your local currency is converted to USD at checkout to calculate points earned.
Can I redeem rewards in my local currency?
Yes! Reward values are displayed in USD, but when redeemed, they convert automatically at checkout into your local currency.
What can I get with my points?
You can redeem fixed-dollar discounts starting at $10 USD off (100 points). Higher redemptions require a higher minimum spend.
Do my points expire?
Yes — points expire 365 days after the date they’re earned.
What are the VIP Tiers and how do they work?
Our tiers are: The Protégé (entry), The Patron (500 points/year, 1.5x multiplier), and The Savant (1,000 points/year, 2x multiplier).
Do I get rewarded for referring friends?
Yes! When your friend orders $30+ USD, you both receive 100 points.
Can I earn points for more than just shopping?
Yes — points can be earned for signing up, reviewing, following on Instagram, birthdays, anniversaries, and completing punch cards.
How do I check my points balance?
Log into your Lyre’s account and visit your Frequent Sippers dashboard to view your balance, rewards, and VIP status.
Can I use a reward and a discount code together?
No — loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or sitewide promotions.
I redeemed a reward but didn’t complete my purchase. Do I lose my points?
No worries! If you don’t complete checkout, the points will return to your balance shortly.
