Lyre's Berry Sorbet Sparkler
The combination of Lyre's Classico with the fall berry sorbet makes this such a fun and festive holiday drink!
Ingredients
- 200mL Lyre's Classico
- 450g berry sorbet
To make the sorbet
Add ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is difficult to blend, add a little cold water.
- 450g frozen mixed berries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- cold water
Method
Add 2-3 scoops of berry sorbet to glass. Top with Lyre's Classico. Garnish with fresh berries. Enjoy with a spoon, or let the sorbet melt as you sip
