Validity: Code is valid for one use per customer and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

TopUp Codes – Replenishment Discount

Offer details: Returning customers can enjoy a 10% discount on their next purchase when they use their unique TopUp code, automatically generated and valid for 30 days after their previous purchase.

Eligibility: The TopUp code is offered exclusively to existing customers as part of our replenishment offer.

Exclusions: The TopUp code is not valid with any other discounts, offers, or promotions, including sale items or gift cards.

Validity: The TopUp code is valid for a single use and expires 30 days after being issued. It cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Craft Your Own Set Offer

Offer details: The Craft Your Own Set offer applies only to eligible Lyre’s 700ml bottles on Lyres.com and participating regions.

Discount structure: Save 5% when you purchase 2 bottles, 10% when you purchase 3 bottles, and 15% when you purchase 6 bottles.

Eligibility: Only Lyre’s 700ml bottles listed within the Craft Your Own Set collection are eligible. This offer does not apply to gift packs, RTDs, or any other products outside of the selected 700ml bottles.

Non-stackable promotion: This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or codes, including subscription discounts or seasonal sales.

Returns & exchanges: If any item purchased as part of the Craft Your Own Set is returned, the refunded amount will reflect the adjusted discount applied. All returns are subject to Lyre’s standard return policy.

Changes & modifications: Lyre’s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

Loyalty Points Promotions

Offer details: From time to time, customers may earn bonus loyalty points on eligible purchases at Lyres.com during specific promotional windows. Details of qualifying products and dates will be published in email newsletters.

Eligibility: You must be logged into your Lyre’s account at checkout to earn points. Points will be applied once your order is fulfilled. Offers cannot be combined with other loyalty promotions unless explicitly stated. Lyre’s reserves the right to modify or end any loyalty points promotion at any time.

Exclusions: Loyalty points promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, or offers.

Non-retroactive: Discounts or bonus points cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases made before the promotional period.

Duration: Specific start and end dates and times will be displayed on the relevant email newsletters or campaign pages.

Stock availability: All items are subject to availability and quantities may be limited. Discounts and promotions are applied on a first-come, first-served basis.

Returns & exchanges: Items purchased during the promotional period are subject to Lyre’s standard return and exchange policy. Loyalty points earned on refunded items will be deducted from your account when a refund is processed.

Shipping: Standard shipping terms apply based on your region.

• Some discounts may be applied automatically, while others require a promotional code at checkout.
• Lyre’s reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Promotions cannot be applied to previous orders or combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
• In the case of returns, if a promotional code was used, the refund will reflect the price paid after the discount. If the minimum order requirement for a promotion is no longer met due to returns, the promotional discount will be forfeited.
