With the addition of Lyre’s White Cane, bitters and sparkling wine, this is a wonderfully fresh and festive drink and should be served at every dinner party.

HOW TO ENJOY

For a classic Old Cuban shake 60mL White Cane, 15mL lime juice, 15mL sugar syrup, 8 mint leaves and 2 dashes aromatic bitters with ice. Fine strain into glass. Add Classico slowly.
