- 30mLLyre's Dry London Spirit
- 30mLLyre's Italian Orange
- 7mLLyre's Amaretti
- 7mL Passionfruit Syrup
- 30mL Lemon Juice
- 60mL Lyre's Classico
Method
Build by combining Lyre’s Dry London Spirit. Lyre's Italian Orange, Lyre’s Amaretti, passionfruit syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker set with ice. Shake to combine. Strain the contents of the shaker into a Collins glass (no ice). Top up with Lyre’s Classico.
