Ingredients

45mL Lyre’s Italian Orange
120mL fresh orange juice

Method

Aerate the orange juice in a blender or shaker until light and frothy. Fill a highball glass with ice, pour in the orange juice, then top with Lyre’s Italian Orange. Stir gently to combine.
