Lyre's Emerald Spritz

Bright, botanical and beautifully sparkling, The Lyre’s Emerald Spritz is a vibrant green celebration in a glass. Elegant bubbles, lifted with notes of juniper, fresh lime and cooling mint make for a refreshing St Patrick’s Day–worthy serve.

Ingredients

60mL Lyre's Dry London Spirit
15mL fresh lime juice
10mL sugar syrup
4-5 fresh mint leaves
2 thin cucmber slices
25mL chilled soda water
60mL Lyre's Classico Sparkling

Method

Muddle the mint and cucumber in a shaker. Add Dry London, lime juice and sugar syrup. Fill with ice and shake briefly. Fine strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with Classico and soda water. Stir gently to combine.
