- 7.5mL premium vanilla syrup
- 30mL fresh passionfruit pulp
- 15mL lime Juice
- 60mL Lyre's Classico (a homage to sparkling wine), on the side
Method
Shake hard briefly, fine strain. Serve Classico in separate shot glass.
