Ingredients
- 35mL Lyre's Amaretti
- 15mL simple syrup
- 15mL lemon juice
- 1/2 a fig (muddle if you wish)

Method
Add all ingredients, except Classico Grande. Rapid shake with ice. Fine strain and top with Classico Grande.
