Mixer pairings
What goes with White Rum Alternative

- Cola: an easy classic with a squeeze of lime and plenty of ice.
- Pineapple juice: tropical sweetness that complements the cane and coconut notes. Finish with lime.

Finishing touches
A little garnish goes a long way
Give mint a gentle slap between your palms to release its aroma before adding it to a Mojito. Twist lime zest over a Daiquiri, or finish a tropical serve with fresh pineapple. Use plenty of fresh ice and chilled mixers, and avoid crushing mint too hard, which can make it taste bitter.
