Originally titled El Cubano, this mojito style cocktail is another modern classic hailing from the Pegu Club NYC and one that will definitely stand the test of time. With the addition of Lyre’s White Rum Alternative, bitters and sparkling wine, this is a wonderfully fresh and festive drink and should be served at every dinner party.

HOW TO ENJOY

For a classic Old Cuban shake 60mL Rum Alternative, 15mL lime juice, 15mL sugar syrup, 8 mint leaves and 2 dashes aromatic bitters with ice. Fine strain into glass. Add Classico slowly.
