"I was genuinely impressed. It’s got a really fresh, vibrant flavour and you pick up on the citrus straight away. It’s obviously not identical to tequila (it's not great to sip neat), but when it's mixed in a cocktail, it’s incredible. I made a margaritas for my friends and they honestly couldn't tell there wasn't alcohol in them."
