- 30mLLyre's Pink London Spirit
- 15mLLyre's Italian Spritz
- 90mLLyre's Classico
- 15mL Passionfruit Purée
- 15mL Lime Juice
- 7mL Vanilla Syrup
Method
Combine Lyre's Pink London Spirit, Lyre's Italian Spritz, Passionfruit Puree, Lime Juice and Vanilla Syrup in a shaker with 3-4 ice cubes. Shake to mix and chill. Strain the mix into a Collin's glass over fresh ice. Top up with Lyre's Classico. Garnish with pink peppercorns
