Lyre's Coffee Originale Sour

Ingredients
- 60mL Lyre's Coffee Originale
- 25mL lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 5mL sugar syrupÂ
- 10mL egg white or vegan egg white alternative (aquafaba)
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain back into shaker and shake again without ice (dry shake). Strain over ice in to Old Fashioned/rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.
