Lyre’s Golden Apple

Ingredients

• 60mL Lyre’s American Malt
• 60mL Cloudy Apple Cider/Juice
• 15mL Lemon Juice
• 7mL Cinnamon Honey Syrup
• 1 dash of All The Bitter

For a Chilled Sip
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with one ice cube. Give it a quick shake to chill, then strain into an old-fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel and a toasted, smoldering cinnamon stick for that extra flair.

For a Warm Embrace
In a toddy mug, combine Lyre’s American Malt, lemon juice, aromatic bitters, and cinnamon honey syrup. Gently pour hot apple cider over the mixture and stir. Garnish with an expressed orange peel and a smoldering cinnamon stick, carefully placed next to the peel. Enjoy the warmth and flavors of the season in every sip!
