Lyre's Lynchburg Lemonade
Originally titled El Cubano, this mojito style cocktail is another modern classic hailing from the Pegu Club NYC and one that will definitely stand the test of time. With the addition of Lyre's White Rum Alternative, bitters and sparkling wine, this is a wonderfully fresh and festive drink and should be served at every dinner party.
Ingredients

- 30mLLyre's Orange Sec
- 30mL lemon juice
- 90mL premium lemon-lime soda or lemonade
